The Mercedes-Benz E36 is the third phase of the “W124” launched in 1984. Marketed from 1994, this “Phase 3” inaugurated the name “Class E” for medium sedans from Mercedes-Benz. In 1995, the German manufacturer AMG looked into the cradle of the station wagon version and, like a fairy, transformed the car into a road monster!
