Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via ELTA (Hellenic Postal Services) and are sent as registered parcels. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.
The delivery times vary per country/region. Within the EU they average 5-8 business days, other European countries 7-12 business days and the rest of the world 12-15 business days. These are estimates and no rights can be derived from this information.
In the country of delivery the national postal services are responsible for the delivery (such as USPS in the USA). You will have to sign to accept the delivery. In case the postman does not find you at home, usually you are requested to pick the parcel up from the nearest post office. If a delivery is not accepted, or picked up within a certain period of time (usually 2-3 weeks), the parcel is returned. In case you would still want to receive the delivery it will be sent after the additional costs for returning the parcel and the new shipping cost for resending have been paid.
allcarmodels.com is obligated by law to always include receipts with their shipments and to declare the value of the items as stated in the receipts. This follows the international laws regarding import/export of products.
In case a product is not in stock we will inform you about this by e-mail. You have the option to cancel the order or to purchase other products for an equal order amount.
Ownership of the product shall remain with allcarmodels.com until payment is received in full of all monies owing from the customer to allcarmodels.com. allcarmodels.com reserves the right to enter these items back into stock and cancel the order without notice.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the weight of the order and are calculated during the checkout process. Shipping costs are shown prior to finishing an order and will be shown on the receipt once the order has been completed.
Returns
If you wish to return your product, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your wish to return your product. Please contact us for futher details.
We will withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back. Please note you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods if the return of the product takes place for reasons other than our own fault.
