Subaru offers several WRX variants. The RA (for Record Attempt) is a lighter version of the five-door, while the Type-R is a lighter version of the three-door. Apart from the 22B, this is the most powerful, sporty and “rally-esque” of the Impreza WRX GC8 models! One of the rarest, therefore, and much desired by Subaru enthusiasts! This version 6 is also the very last of this first-generation Impreza! For these lighter versions, Subaru got rid of the unnecessary (air-conditioning, radio...) while equipping its vehicle with lighter materials such as an aluminium hood. With its Sti-prepared engine, it develops 280 horsepower! Thanks to its short axle and short gearbox, this Type RA is already ready to win the Monte-Carlo!
