In the 90s, car manufacturers dared to do almost anything. When Renault came up with the idea of "bodybuilding the Clio 2", the result was the impressive Clio V6: a small city car with a V6 engine and a widebody kit worthy of the R5 Maxi Turbo! Phase 1 of the Clio V6 went on sale in 1999. It may have won over the public, but journalists and drivers were disappointed. The partnership with TWR, an F1 team at the time, didn't necessarily bear fruit, but the French bombshell did manage to win over the general public!
